POLICIES

Journal Policies

The American Data Science Journal for Advanced Computations (ADSJAC) is committed to maintaining the highest standards of publication ethics and integrity. Below are the key policies that guide our publication process:

1. Open Access Policy

ADSJAC provides immediate open access to its content, ensuring that research is freely available to the public to support a greater global exchange of knowledge. All articles are published under an open-access model with no subscription or access fees.

2. Peer Review Policy

All submitted manuscripts undergo a double-blind peer review process. The identities of authors and reviewers are kept confidential to ensure objectivity and fairness. Reviewers are selected based on their expertise in the relevant subject area.

3. Plagiarism Policy

ADSJAC strictly prohibits plagiarism. All submissions are checked using plagiarism detection tools. Manuscripts found to contain plagiarized content will be rejected immediately. Authors are responsible for ensuring the originality of their work.

4. Ethics and Malpractice Statement

The journal follows ethical guidelines outlined by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE). Authors, editors, and reviewers must adhere to the highest standards of ethical behavior in all stages of the publication process.

5. Copyright and Licensing

Authors retain the copyright of their work and grant ADSJAC the right to publish the article. All articles are published under a Creative Commons license, allowing others to share and adapt the work with proper attribution.

6. Conflict of Interest

All authors and reviewers must disclose any potential conflicts of interest. Editors will evaluate these disclosures to ensure impartiality in the review and publication process.

7. Article Retraction and Corrections

In the event of a serious error, misconduct, or ethical violation, the journal reserves the right to retract or correct a published article. Corrections and retractions will be clearly stated and linked to the original article.

8. Data Availability Policy

Authors are encouraged to share the datasets and code used in their research to promote transparency and reproducibility. If data sharing is not possible, a statement explaining the reason must be included in the manuscript.

9. Archiving Policy

ADSJAC ensures digital preservation of all published content through permanent archiving and indexing in various academic databases and repositories to guarantee long-term accessibility.

10. Submission and Withdrawal Policy

Manuscripts must not be under review elsewhere at the time of submission. If authors wish to withdraw their submission, they must send a formal request via email to the editorial office. Once accepted, articles cannot be withdrawn.
